We can hegin the story with a simple "Once upon a time..." when my grandfather returned to Sicily after having spent many years away from his native land. A wise man, he invested his time and hard earned money on the property presently managed by his grandchildren.

Case Varisco takes you back in time: the fleids are used to cultivate fresh herbs. fruit and vegetables; our cheese is produced fresh on the property; the cows, sheep and goats are herded by the pastor: our eggs gathered each morning. In fact, our guests may have the opportunity to watch us make our famous ricotta cheese on Sunday mornings during the fall and winter months. The majority of the recipes used in our kitchen have been passed down for generations. Our cuisine is typically Sicilian with a twist of modern to spark your interest. We pride ourselves in offering only the finest and freshest of everything to our customers.

Our spacious and beautiful main dining room is a former wine cantina completely renovated to accommodate 160 guests comfortably. The walls are tastefullly decorated with pictures of our ancestors and of special events which took place many years ago in our town. In the winter, enjoy freshly toasted almonds in our fireplace. Finally, a bust of our grandfather is prominently placed in the dinine room so that our guests may have a chance to "visit" with him for a moment.

Our accommodations are in the former stall. Each room offers a splendid view. You will find hand decorated linens embroidered with our family monogram, to make you feel as part of our Amily. Ultimately we hope to make your stay in Sicily a special one.
